Dr. Evelyn Arbenz Seidel

Dr. Evelyn Arbenz Seidel draws on a diversified background combining Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Change Management experience. She spent a number of years in line Marketing functions in leading global companies such as Procter & Gamble and Colgate-Palmolive and in HR Management at Dow Chemical Europe. Since then she has worked with diverse multinationals, SMEs, and startups in Switzerland. Her expertise lies in the alignment of the business purpose, people strategies, and culture. She has many years’ experience in identifying the behavioral competencies and skills relevant to the business purpose and in developing and implementing the requisite growth or change processes.


She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Lausanne in the field of transformational leadership and innovation and is fluent in English, German, and French.

Alex E. Seidel

Alex Seidel is an independent board member and investor having gained over 25 years’ experience in General Management and in Marketing/Sales in leading international companies such as Procter & Gamble and Mars. He brings extensive experience in identifying customer benefit, competitive differentiators, and growth opportunities. In his prior positions as Chairman Unilever Switzerland and CEO Bestfoods for Switzerland and for the Czech & Slovak Republics, he was able to demonstrate repeatedly his pragmatic focus on delivering results in challenging environments and his ability to lead teams through shared vision and values. 

He holds a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is fluent in German and English.
