Dr. Evelyn Arbenz Seidel draws on a diversified background combining Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Change Management experience. She spent a number of years in line Marketing functions in leading global companies such as Procter & Gamble and Colgate-Palmolive and in HR Management at Dow Chemical Europe. Since then she has worked with diverse multinationals, SMEs, and startups in Switzerland. Her expertise lies in the alignment of the business purpose, people strategies, and culture. She has many years’ experience in identifying the behavioral competencies and skills relevant to the business purpose and in developing and implementing the requisite growth or change processes.
She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Lausanne in the field of transformational leadership and innovation and is fluent in English, German, and French.
